  What an amazing day on the water! The weather was beautiful, and my two sons had an absolute blast. We started the trip catching mackerel for bait, then headed out to target striped bass. Captain Frank and Jayden were both incredibly knowledgeable and knew exactly where to find the fish. Captain Frank took the time to explain how the sonar system works, which my kids found fascinating, and he also shared the history of Ten Pound Island, making the trip educational as well as fun. A special shoutout to Jayden, who was patient, friendly, and great with kids. He spent time teaching my 11-year-old son fishing techniques and made sure he felt involved throughout the trip. We ended up catching five striped bass in total. Two were oversized and had to be released, but that only added to the excitement of the experience. If you’re looking for a family-friendly fishing charter with a knowledgeable crew that genuinely enjoys sharing their passion for fishing, I highly recommend Captain Frank and Jayden. We created memories that will last a lifetime! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We Got Sea Bass

  4 hour trip -inshore on May 17, 2026 • 6 adults • 1 child

  It was a pretty nice fishing trip with family and friends. The weather was lovely and the boat was clean and smooth. Captain Frank took us ~ 5 miles off the dock, and I had my first luck to catch a cod. It is a good cod but unfortunately not in season and had to let go. Then Captain Frank took us to couple of places, and we got quite a lot of mackerels in different sizes. Sometimes I got 4 at a time. That was a blast to me, and I became ambitious trying to get more varieties of fish. Silence came after my ambition, unfortunately. We then headed back close to the shore, and used mackerels as baits to fish sea bass. Still quite a while of silence, and time was almost up. Surprise came without a sign, my friend noticed something on the hook, but unfortunately it was gone while we tried to pull it up. It came a second chance we got a good size striped sea bass, and called it a day. Overall it was a pretty nice trip, and I do hope Captain Frank can take us for another trip and get us more variety of fish and more big ones, like one for each members onboard :)

  Great Father’s Day Trip with Captain Frank!

  3 Hour Trip - Inshore 7AM on June 20, 2026 • 2 adults

  Booked a last-minute Father’s Day weekend trip and it didn’t disappoint. Captain Frank is laid back, knowledgeable, and knows the area well. We jigged mackerel for bait and live-lined them for stripers—ended up landing some nice fish, including a couple of slots for the grill. If you’re looking for a fun trip and professional guide, look no further. Highly recommend!

  Fishing trip we will remember for a lifetime!

  Captain Jaidyn was so good to my kids! He was able to get all 3 of my boys a fish of their own to catch! Then my oldest caught a HUGE Striped Bass. Jaidyn’s reaction made the trip even more fun, Jaidyn claimed it was the buggest Bass he’s ever caught. Estimated 48” and 50lbs. We highly recommend this fishing charter!

  This was a great experience! Frank was very good. My family were able to see Frank’s lobster cages, which made the trip even cooler! We’re definitely planning to book another trip in the future. I recommend booking with North Shore Anglers if you’re looking to do some fishing, and see the ocean.
