We went with a family of 4 in August 2025. Captain Novel asked us what we wanted to catch. We asked to catch sailfish, mahi mahi and tuna. He delivered and more so. Caught 6 Yellowfin, 2 Wahoo, 1 sailfish, and finished off with a beautiful Mahi Mahi. Crew was amazing. They cleaned the fish, got us the fish we wanted, saw Whaled, turtles and dolphins. We had an awesome experience and me and my husband both caught lots of fish. The captain really knows what he’s doing. I’ve never seen someone with so much knowledge when it comes to fishing. Near the end, I got a little seasick because I am someone that easily gets sick on boats. The captain was very sweet and when I asked to return an hour early, he said that was no problem. And he would check on me. Amazing experience overall I would recommend it to friends and family.

First trip to Costa Rica and the experience was amazing.  Booked a full day trip through Fishing Booker and the process was painless.  We chose Costa Tamarindo after reading great reviews.  My daughter, son and I met the team on the beach and headed out to the boat. We were a family of 5 ranging in age from 9-54. We each caught something and had a great time. A couple of tuna, but mostly bonita. Captain made it a lot of fun and worked well with our kids. We even ran into him later in the week at a restaurant in Tamarindo and got an extra photo. All smiles!!

Our family of 4 went Sport fishing with “Costa Tamarindo sport fishing adventures” and we had an absolute blast. My boys ages 7 & 15 had an experience of a lifetime.
