I have been fishing and diving in the Florida Key since the 1990s. After I retired from the military, I made the decision to move down to Key West and start a charter fishing business. I've been running charters on my offshore boat.

    Great Time chasing lobster

    4-6 Hour Trip – Lobster Diving • 4 adults

    Captain Hunter was great. He took us out to chase lobster for the day. He went the extra distance and took the time to make sure we were successful! Great day on the water. I would highly recommend calling him.

Hook-N-Cook Key West Style

Winter fishing is at its prime in Key West. We love it when we can get out for Wahoo, Tuna and Kings, but winter in the Keys also means wind. Even when its blowing and we cant get offshore, we can almost always find a spot to hide from the wind and fish our very productive patch reefs and shallow wrecks. Its great family fun and one of the cool things down here in Key West is the Hook-n-cook. I will clean and bag all your fillets and you take it to any one of our really good restaurants down here and they will cook it up for you.

Sailfish bite is picking up

Nice Sailfish on a recent 6 hour trip. April is the month thst thr Sailfish really turn on down here in the lower keys. With incredible jumps, these fish are always a bucket list catch. All our Sailfish are released unharmed.
