Captain Long is great. He knew the water we were fishing and kept us busy most of the time. The bite stopped about 4 hours in, I told him we could head on in. But, instead he took us on a tour of all the cool places in the bay. We saw Sea Lions, Dolphins and Several Navy ships. Including two Aircraft Carriers and a Destroyer. Just an enjoyable time. Thanks Captain!

Captain Long is fantastic.  He put us on the fish quick and was so accommodating fishing with our 8 year old boy. He was very kind and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. We had great action, catching a bunch of nice bass, hooking up with a couple barracuda, and almost landed a big white bass. Highly recommend this boat.

Such a fun day. Cpt Long got us into fish on the very first cast and we stayed pretty consistent for the rest of the day. We did the 10 hour trip and chose to fish the Coronado Islands since we had a couple of teenagers with us and thought the open water might be a little rough for them. I am glad we did since even with calmer conditions they both got a little sick. Overall we caught 20+ fish and everyone was in on the action. We chose to have Cpt Long clean and fillet the fish for us and I highly recommend this since we got back our fish filleted and ready to cook. I had never tried rock fish before and Cpt Long bragged how good they were to eat and he was so right. We fried up some Sculpin when we got home to Utah and they were some of the best fish I have had. Such a fun trip and the fishing was great. Cpt Long also has a great playlist he jams any time we were moving from place to place. I highly recommend him and his boat to anyone looking for a fun time fishing. We will definitely look him back up when we go back out to San Diego.

My son, his friend and I had a great time time on this deep sea fishing experience.
And I mean “deep sea”. We started out early and got some live bait as we headed out of the bay in San Diego. 45 minutes later our guide Long Vu was demonstrating how to bait the hook, cast and hold the rod.
Bam, he got a bite, handed the rod to Herbie and he reeled in a nice Dorado.

We caught some more Dorado and then headed done into Mexican territory to Isla Coronado. Beautiful islands. There we had our fantastic time catching our limit.
It was very apparent that Long had a serious passion for fishing! He took us to some great spots in comfort and was extremely accommodating by making sure we had a good time.
