My family of six (2 adults, 4 kids) learned to fly fish while wadding in the Toccoa.  We all caught fish and my boys all caught their first trout. We took our two teenage sons on a fly fishing outing, wading in the Toccoa River. Cruz, our guide for the day, was super patient with our lack of experience and was very attentive to our group. He was super knowledgeable about fishing and knew the best spots along the river.  He made sure we each caught a trout on our half day trip. In fact we caught 15, total! Needed to kill a day in Blue Ridge.  Originally booked a morning trip but the captain kept and eye on the weather and dam water release schedule and recommended a different trip time to maximize clear water.  He knew all the holes and helped this very rookie angler land a handful of good sized trout.  Wonderful, relaxing afternoon.  Thank you!

Our guide was dedicated towards making sure that our experience was unique and unforgettable. Moreover, he explained techniques and practices on how to use the gear and equipment effectively, hence, we landed a lot of trouts ,yet we actively encouraged catch and release practices.
