Awesome guide.  Had a great time

Scott was very good with our 7 yo son. Tons of patients and teaching him how to fish certain types of fish all the way to showing him tricks to cleaning them. The fishing was tuff due to weather but he didn’t once ask us if we were ready to leave until my son was ready to leave. Due to the wind not cooperating, we probably hit 8-10 different spots and caught fish at most, the bite was just slow. Scott continued not to settle and try his best to keep us on fish. We fished on June 14. We knew going in the fishing would be hit or miss with all the fresh water from the floods dumping into the bay. Captain Scott was very knowledgeable about the bay and worked his tail off putting us on fish. We caught speckled trout, red fish, black drum, and even an alligator gar which was fun. I highly recommend Captain Scott and would definitely do it again!

Scott was a pleasure to be with on the boat and did a wonderful job trying to get us on some fish to keep. The water conditions weren’t the best so he moved us around a lot. We caught a lot, just not keepers but it was still a lot of fun. I highly recommend Scott.  If we come back to Bolivar and want to fish again it will be with him!
