I love fishing to the most extreme and I'm all about the preservation of the saltwater wildlife! Sea Breeze Charters follows the guidelines of the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, the South Eastern Fishery Council and I'm a member of the IGFA (International Game Fish Association). Techniques
Although I love all types of fishing, my favorite Techniques are trolling for big game and sight casting, whether it be sight casting at tailing Redfish on the flats or casting at big game in the gulf stream! The rush is indescribable!

It's Fall and the Redfish aren't quite abundant! We're catching large quantities of slot reds between 15-23 inches along with a bunch of over slot bull reds up to 42 inches long! Outgoing and incoming tides with the best bite 3hrs before to after "low tide"!

As the water starts to heat up so do the nearshore reefs! Over the next few weeks we're going to see a lot of action on the nearshore on reefs. During this period, we like to use artificial lures to sight cast at Spanish Mackeral, Bluefish, and False Albacore Tuna on the surface. We also use artificial jigs to fish lower in the water column for Bull Reds, Black Drum, Weakfish, Sheepshead, Black Seabass etc. Book now while there's still time slots available!

The nearshore reefs are on fire right now. The Spadefish are hungry and pack a mean punch on light tackle! We caught over 30 spades today, along with a couple of other species! Pound for pound, they're one of the hardest fighting fish in the ocean! We also ran across an insane shark feeding frenzy! Looked like some National Geographic footage! It was pretty cool!

We caught tons of Bonita, False Albacore Tuna, Bluefish, and Spanish Mackerel on the "Nearshore Reefs" today! The Albacore came in around noon and were absolutely everywhere! All of the fish were caught on artificial lures! Non-stop action the entire trip!
