We - myself and my 2 boys (17 and 21)  spent the day with Jason along the Kenai river. We are fishing novices and Jason was quite firm but patient with our skill level. The boys absolutely loved the fishing, scenery and Jason’s fishing wisdom. Great trip, great fishing and a wonderful time was had by all. We would definitely recommend Jason and hope to visit again soon.

We were really disappointed by the experience we received.  The full day was VERY EXPENSIVE and NOT what we expected. I had researched the area and seen lakes with a limit of 6 per day.  We told Mike in advance that we were interested in catching more than just trout. He took us to a lake that only allowed TWO trout and also stated that the lake was slow the day before.  We trolled about the very small lake in circles and paid OVER $1000 to catch 4 trout.  Possibly the most expensive trout... 19 year old guide with one year experience. Personable seemed knowledgeable and pleasant. Fishing at the tome of year we fished ( August) was drift style. Not my favorite style but we caught a few a d the scenery was wonderFil. Would recommend if angler enjoys this style of fly foshing
