July 3 was a beautiful morning to be on the water. We had two beginners with us so the bait-fishing portion of the trip was great for instruction and building confidence. There we caught mostly mackerel with a pollack and few baby cod. Captain Rick was super-knowledgeable and very kind with my kids. No luck today with the striper but luck is all that was. City Hawk definitely set us up for success. We definitely recommend City Hawk and Captain Rick for your next charter.

My son and I caught fish all day long with Captain Paul at City Hawk Charters.  Red Fish, Haddock were biting and Captain Paul made sure we were finding the spots to keep catching them.  Captain Tim was also on our trip and he and Captain Paul made sure we had a great time fishing!  Highly recommended!

The hospitality was nothing short of amazing!! Captain Paul put us on the fish all morning. Whether it was first thing going out catching our live bait or catching the strippers throughout the day. We all caught fish and we couldn’t have been happier with this charter experience. We will absolutely be making this an annual tradition and certainly making many more memories like we did today!! Captain put the boat right of a full house of mackerel, cod, and pollack. Kids 11 and 8 had a ball hauliing up fish and releasing them for future anglers.

It was a great time on the water. Cpt. Rick made sure the kids caught fish and had a great time. Super knowledgeable about the area and the fish we were catching. Would highly recommend.
