I sincerely apologize if my use of profanity during your fishing trip made you uncomfortable. I take these matters seriously, but strive to provide a respectful and enjoyable experience for all our customers. I am sorry to you and your wife for making you uncomfortable. I do strive to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Regarding the type of fish caught, I would like to clarify that my goal is always to deliver an incredible fishing experience and to help our guests catch a variety of fish. While it’s true that we advertise many species of fish, it is common for fishing trips to yield different results depending on factors like weather conditions and fish behavior. However, we were able to catch a limit of redfish, mangrove snapper as well as a few Spanish Mackerel during your fishing excursion.

I appreciate you bringing these concerns to my attention. Not sure a two star review was necessary but I always strive to improve my services and offer the best possible experience to our customers.
