We were on fish the very first stop ( and cast).  Very knowledgeable about the area and where the fish are hiding.  Did a great job of varying up the technique.  ( casting, popping, live bait & lures).  I have fished the laguna for may years and Gary is a top notch guide.

Gary was a great captain. We really enjoyed our trip. He was very knowledgeable of the area. He’s very nice and super friendly. He was very patient with my boys and showing them how to cast.

We had an enjoyable outing with Captain Gary.  We enjoy fishing but don’t get to do it often. He was very patient and gave us all the instruction we needed and found some good spots to fish. My son had eaten something the night before that had made him sick in the morning and Captain Gary brought him back to the dock so he could drive back to the condo and took us back out to continue fishing. We caught enough trout for 2 big meals on a shortened outing. I highly recommend Captain Gary.
