Overall a good trip for price and late season. Boat and equipment could use some updating / maintenance. Lost one big king due to degraded line. Deck hand replaced line right after that. Still caught three good king mackerel, so overall not bad for price and time of year.

Trip was supposed to be in the 19th… got pushed back until the 20th of July because the boat broke down… that should have been a sign….. the boat kept stalling out the whole trip … we were supposed to be on a shark trip but since we had to switch all we caught were a couple of Bonita and two King Mak. We never left the sight of the beach and kept having Dolphins eat our bait… the crew was nice but really just going thru the motions to get the trip done… we basically caught bait for the shark trip later… of all the ocean fishing trips I’ve been on this was the worst.. I would not recommend at all.. it was not worth the money and I will be requesting my money back since we wanted a shark trip to begin with… the boat is almost not sea worthy… don’t go off the pictures on the advertisement.
