Well sorry you did not enjoy your trip. I will look at that situation a little different. We would not need backup rods if the lines were not ever tangled. Our new Deckhand came recommended but from a different style of fishing. He is learning and has developed a following. He has been requested for groups doing a second trip with us. I guess he had a bad day. We will continue to work with him and haven’t had any other complaints. But thanks for letting me know about the tangled line situation... More

When we arrived they were working on the motor and it was smoking like a chimney, we should have left right then. The boat is old and wore out, hasn’t been maintain very well at all. The engine was loud and we could smell exhaust the entire trip. The deck hand was nice and tried his best but the captain got 2 of our lines caught on something and we had to break off. We reeled up more lines checking bait than fish. Half way through the trip the captain went below to work on the motor... More
