I caught a 30” Snook with Andre’s help. He kept encouraging me to reel it in myself, it was difficult, the fish was really big!! He was very patient and knowledgeable about where the fish were. The weather was fantastic. He was very polite (a southern gentleman)

Fantastic experience horsing snook out of the mangroves.  Andre put us on some fish.

We had a red tide to contend with which made the fishing tough, but even with these tough conditions we caught a nice red fish with the first line is in the water. After that the fishing slowed down but Capt André kept hunting for the fish, got us on to a school of trout where everyone in the boat was catching fish. Even saw dolphin and sharks on this trip. Capt Andre is very knowledgeable on the waters of the Cape Coral/Ft. Meyer’s area and how to catch the fish in the toughest conditions.

Andre worked non-stop to ensure a good trip. Friendly and patient with 2 almost-newbies. However,  one of the reasons we selected this charter was the convenience of the pickup location. That changed at the last minute and impacted our early morning plans. No offer to pick up as advertised. He blamed Fishingbooker. (?)

Captain Andre work hard to get us into fish, had a lot of knowledge of the area and the fish.  At the end of our trip he cleaned our fish and talked us into taking them across the parking lot to the Bimini Bait Shack (Tiki Bar and Island Grill) to have them cooked (literally the catch of the day).  It doesn’t get more locally sourced than that.
