Sorry you found the trip less than what you expected. You were on one of the nicest boats in Naples and the crew is as good as there is around town. The one thing you seemed most upset about was the size of the fish you caught. We can’t control what bites but we do recommend people that have big fish aspirations to take a full day charter. I hope you understand we did our best and that is usually beyond expectations of most of our charters. You guys obviously need more when you charter a boat, maybe next time take a full day trip and see how much better things are. Capt Allen

Next time ask for our “money back guarantee” if only catching big fish is your primary goal. If we can’t accomplish your objective we will not charge you but you have to let us know, in advance, big fish is what makes you satisfied, even more so than a courteous, experienced crew that puts passenger safety and a clean boat equal to or ahead of fish production. Austin, Sorry you are disappointed. We had a questionable forecast the day before your charter so we did not cancel the day before. The morning of the trip the captain decided it was too rough to go and cancelled. Had we taken you into rough seas you would have most likely been unhappy and if we cancelled the day before and found the winds calm the morning of your charter you would have been upset by that as well. We did our best to make the best decisions we could based on the predictions and actual conditions on the morning of the trip. You contracted with us to provide you with professional services, I feel bad you fail to realize what we did for your party. As an aside, we are in business to take people fishing and gain nothing staying at the dock but do get criticism sometimes if we take people out when it is rough.Maybe next time you tell the captain what to do and maybe he will take you regardless of the conditions but for us safety and passenger comfort are our two highest priorities.
