Ron was an incredible guide—patient, friendly, and super knowledgeable. He taught us how to cast and bait, and we caught both largemouth and peacock bass. We had a blast and learned a lot about the local fish. Highly recommend Fishing with Jake. You won’t be disappointed.

  Fishing with Jake Peacock Bass was an incredible experience! Despite the 60-degree winter weather, Zach was able to put us on several large peacock bass, which was impressive given the conditions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and we moved quickly between different spots, never staying too long at a location where the fish weren’t biting. His ability to adapt and find the fish made the trip a success.

This was our first guided fishing experience.  I couldn’t have been more satisfied.  Catching a bunch of fish aside, our guide Zach was very helpful teaching not only my two boys how to fish peacock, but showed the adults some tips as well. Our guide knew the spots to try, and he was positive and motivated the entire trip.  Going in blind to a new experience, I couldn’t have been happier and recommend them to others more!

Great trip , we caught lots of fish and Ron was a great guide highly recommend booking with fishing with jake , very knowledgeable and helpful , this was a last minute decision for my family and was one of the highlights to our first time to south Florida, he even recommended other sights and restaurants that were spectacular… we got a quick fishing trip and knocked off a bucket list fish … thanks again it was great
