Took a rowdy bunch of Florida boys out on Table Rock Lake today, and we showed ’em Ozark style real quick! We were droppin’ baits down 40–50 feet, and them bass were hammerin’ like they owed us money. Today’s afternoon trip on Table Rock was wilder than a billy goat on a trampoline! I done blasted up the White River today, lookin’ for new scenery and tryin’ to wrangle that Jigglin’ Rap bite in. I was also pokin’ around for some late-fall spots for my return clients, and dang if I didn’t stumble onto a stretch where them fish were chompin’ every drop like they hadn’t eaten since July. Wind, Cold, and a Whole Lotta Bass! Well folks, we braved the wind and that dang cold front this mornin’ on Table Rock Lake, and them bass didn’t stand a chance! I arrived to boat ramp about 15 minutes early and saw him unloading boat and ready to go. Had everything ready to start fishing when we arrived at our destination. He worked hard the whole time fishing to find the fish. We limited out and he even filleted out the fish when we were done. Was a overall good trip that was worth the money.
