Highly recommend

Had a blast on a 6 hour morning trip. Began trolling for kingfish after about an hour or so ride out and ended up getting 1 king and several bonito. After that we started some bottom fishing. Pulled up several red snapper, but being not in Atlantic season, has to toss back. Ended up slaying a bunch of vermillion snapper for a while before the weather turned on us and huge swells started hitting. Captain Jerry took his time getting us back to shore safely through some massive waves battering us for almost 2 hours. Overall still a fun trip that ended with dinner caught even with the weather issue. For sure recommend for anyone wanting to make some memories.

Took a 4 hour trip with Captain Jerry and First Mate Jake with my wife and two teenage daughters. Crew was friendly, prefessional and fun, boat was spotless (you can tell they take care of their equipment) and everything was top notch. I booked the quick four hour trip as I’ve been on several charters before but this was a first for my girls, so I wasn’t sure how well they would do on the boat. Definitely would have been able to do the longer trip - especially with the accommodations on board (kitchen, fridge, head, couch, etc.) and such a cool crew. Just bring your snacks and drinks and get out there and fish.

We mostly did some some bottom fishing considering the short trip. Captain Jerry got us on some fish right away. He didn’t hesitate to move around if the action slowed down, and first mate Jake kept the girls and I tipped with bait, and really helped make them feel comfortable, unhooking fish and handling the fishing rods.

We caught some Cobia, Snapper, Seabass, Skipjack, and saw a bunch of sea turtles and dolphins.

When we got back to the marina, first mate Jake filleted up our catch, the Conch house restaurant cooked it up for us (it was so good), and with a little more time I think we would have enough to freeze some up and send home.

Again, we highly recommend Knot Tied Down Fishing Charters for both familes, and groups of serious fisherman looking to catch fish and have a good time.

We will definitley be back with Knot Tied Down for a longer Charter for some deeper water and bigger / different fish!
