Capt. Grant got us on the fish and kept us there. It was a awesome trip and I would highly recommend ?

Yesterday’s trip with Captain Grant was great! After he told me his degree was in marine biology, it all made sense. He has a true passion and expertise of the water. His love and knowledge of fishing is obvious as well. We quickly tested one spot and realized it wasn’t the place to be that day and then zipped across to the next where he “guaranteed” a spot. I lol at his guarantee and almost mocked the usage of the word. Needless to say, we quickly limited out! Captain Grant is a true gentleman, known and respected by his peers, and has a very **hidden content** on life. Our world has turned so pissy lately and it was good to spend the day with somebody who looked at it as the glass is half full. It was great meeting you and look forward to more trips! Our family trip will be a great memory forever.

Grant was absolutely the best fishing guide and our new friend in Corpus. Our group consisted of my 20 yr old son, my best friend and his 20 year old daughter. I highly recommend the 8 hour morning trip. Wonderful day! Grant put us on Reds, Big Drum, Sheepshead and Trout. Sweet! 1st time fishing ever Alayna caught 19” Sheepshead, a Trout and big Drum. The last 15 min of the day son Austin had not caught a fish and hooked into a huge 50 lb black drum! Heck of a fight none of us will ever forget! Blessings on you and your family Grant! Although the weather report wasn’t favorable, I showed up to the marina to find Capt Grant ready to go. He gave me the options, which I appreciated, and we decided to go. Good decision. In spite of a little rain, we persevered and got to his spot. We were immediately on the fish. Within a couple of hours we had my limit of redfish, a nice keeper speckled trout and a really nice black drum. Capt Coppin couldn’t have been nicer. He knows his business. I would highly recommend him for your next fishing trip.

My son and I had an amazing trip with Captain Grant. Ended up with a very blended trip as Grant was very accommodating and on the fish all trip. Landed multiple keeper trout, skipjack, keeper snapper and even a shark that made my son’s summer! Grant is professional, great with my teenage son, and just a real pleasure to be around. We learned plenty from him and are super thankful for the memories.  Highly recommend this trip!
