I had booked Captain Dan for a first-time trip with my son and granddaughter, but wasn’t able to get to Flaming Gorge myself.  My son reported a spectacular experience, catching around 20 kokanee as well as some lakers.  My granddaughter loved Captain Dan and can’t wait to go back again.  We may make this an annual affair, only with all 3 of us fishing.

This trip was a Christmas present from my girlfriend. Captain Dan put us on fish and gave us great memories! I have been on many guided fishing trips and this on was one of the best. Friendly knowledgeable Captain with a beautiful boat and high quality gear. Plan to hire him again in the fall when my sons come out to visit. Highly recommend!

Captin Dan was fun to go fishing with. He is super knowledgeable and we had a great time out on the water fishing with him. He did a great job on putting us over some great Salmon. We feel like we had a successful morning of fishing thanks to a great guide.

Although we didn’t walk away with a great big laker Dan effortlessly got us into some good size Kokanee and pups. Dan is personable and taught us the ropes to hopefully try to catch a big one on our own. Will be going back yearly!
