There's more than just Lake Trout swimming around here, too. Rainbow Trout, Kokanee Salmon, and Smallmouth Bass are all on the menu, depending on when you show up. Because of this, you will be given quality tackle at a variety of test strengths, with the option to jig, troll, and bottom fish, and even fly fish if you let Capt. Dan know in advance.
You will be spending the day aboard a 24' Duckworth aluminum fishing boat. The vessel was built in 2017 and makes for a safe, comfortable place for up to four guests to spend the day. The boat is powered by a 300HP Mercury engine, so she's no slow coach. She also has a trolling motor to let you stalk silently through the water once you're in position.
You have the choice of morning and afternoon fishing trips with Captain Dan. You will be battling huge fish in one of the most stunning settings in the country. All rods, reels, tackle, bait, and lures are included. All you have to do is show up!

Took my 11 yr pld grandson out for the day. The experience was far better than the expectations. Dan was amazing with my Grandson and helped him catch a Lake Trout that waa Gigantic. 40+lbs and 43+ inches. Created a lifelong memory for my grandson. 5 stars all around.
We had a fantastic day with Capt Dan. He knew where to go and showed us the ropes. He was fun and knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this trip!

Better than I had hoped. Five of us limited out on salmon within 3 hours then we caught a monster laker before we pulled off the water. It was awesome.

Dan moved to the area many years ago and began running charters specializing in taking on the trophy Lake Trout which thrive in these waters. He loves fishing here for the beautiful scenery, as well as the constant dream of catching the world's largest Lake Trout!
