We informed the client that the boat had been involved in an accident while we were maneuvering it into the water. These situations happen, but we suggested rescheduling the activity for the next day on another of our boats. We don’t understand why the client would give this negative review when he initially agreed to do this activity the following day, and we were on good terms.

No entendemos por qué el cliente dio una reseña tan negativa cuando inicialmente había acordado realizar la actividad al día siguiente y teníamos buena relación.
