We had a great day out with Gavin. He was patient with teaching the young fisherman on the boat how to catch fish and put us on several spots holding fish which was fantastic. Overall great day and highly reconmended for new and seasoned anglers. Thank yoh Gavin.

we met gav , champion bloke straight up guy caught loads of different species of fish i would definitely go with gav again and again nothing was a hassle he gets that excited that you catch the fish probably even more than yourself thanks agian gav cheers krist and Nate

Gavin is a great guide and runs a great charter. We caught a range of species and I picked up a few tricks to take with me. Whilemluck wasn’t on our side in the Barra department, I’d still recommend Gavin to anyone after a great value charter. Thanks again.

hey nick thanks for the kind review it was a pleasure to have you on board i had a great time, too . yep barras can be a bit tough when the water temps are still a bit cold ....we still managed a bit of rod bending action to keep us smiling maybe next time for the barras enjoy the rest of your stay here in cairns cheers gavin cairns sportfishing

Not a lot of fish around on the day but learnt a lot about different species of fish was great for the kids. Really positive guy that loves to share his knowledge and lives and breathes his job/hobby. Went the extra mile to make sure we had a good day out. Thanks heaps
