Today was an unforgettable fishing trip with Mohamed’s amazing team. Despite the choppy sea, we were all excited for a day of fishing. After a few hours, I reeled in an 8kg kingfish. Shortly after, I landed a massive 10kg kingfish with the team’s support.

We shared stories, laughed, and enjoyed the camaraderie throughout the day. It was an incredible experience, and I can’t wait for our next adventure. If you’re looking for a thrilling fishing experience, I highly recommend going after kingfish with a great team like Mohammed’s.

Very chilled crew. The equipment isn’t state of art but they had everything we needed. Got a good spread on the go. Caught lots of bait fish and a large barracuda. Overall the trip was very good value and I would recommend Mohamed and his team.

Mohamed and his crew were fantastic. My young adult daughter and I had such a great time. They were so helpful in showing us how to manage the bigger fish. They were friendly and chill in just the right Coastal way, while being professional. Highly recommended!

My dad and I went fishing two half days with Mohamed. The first day we only caught some bait fish. The second day conditions were better and we managed to catch a kingfish and a beautiful sailfish. It was an awesome day!

I enjoyed Mohammed’s fishing trip although two things lowered my evaluation of the trip by the end.

Mohammed is a warm and kind guy who takes care of you during the day out in the deep sea. We caught 5 trevelley and the crew helped with all of the deployment of the spinners and lines. This was greatly appreciated.

However, I was not happy with Mohammed’s crew asking for a tip twice - unprompt - after the conclusion of the trip. Having paid 250 UD, it is not justified or acceptable to expect, let alone, ask for a tip. I understand the situation in Kenya is tough with the current political and economic crisis, however, foreigners - like myself - bring a lot of money to the country and badgering someone who is solo travelling for a tip comes across as aggressive and is not welcome.

Secondly, I was not happy with the delivery of only two 1/2 out of the 5 trevelley after the trip’s end. I was expecting Mohammed to cook all 5 for myself, as advertised, however this was not the case. After messaging Mohammed, with this feedback, I received no response.

I appreciate Mohammed’s initial willingness to be kind and our common shared interests, regarding the Arabic language and culture, but he must take this feedback into consideration if he is to improve his service.
