We are vacationing from the Midwest. My family enjoys lake fishing and underestimated the ocean waves. My son REALLY wanted to catch a big ole fish, so Chris took us offshore. We caught a few sea bass that were big enough to keep, but 3/4 of us were seasick. Captain Chris was warm, welcoming, and his boat was awesome! Just getting out on the water and dropping some lines in was the goal. We achieved that and got much more. Great conversation included fishing technique and gear, family and travel stories, realized how small the world really is (give us ring when you come up north to visit the fam!), even talked recommendations for places to look when we finally relocate down here. We had a blast on our charter trip on the Sandy Bottoms. Our captain was fun, knowledgeable and great to talk to. We caught over 19 lbs of Ribbon fish and a speckled trout. It was a beautiful day on the ocean with the family. Even my 5 year old got in on the action catching fish! I wish we could have gotten a shark or two but I can’t complain. The action never stopped the entire trip. Excellent day fishing with a great captain!

Went out for a 2 hour morning trip. Captain Chris had us fishing 5 minutes after we left the dock and we were catching fish as soon as we got there. Chris knows his stuff and was super helpful with the rest of our party who weren’t as familiar with saltwater fishing. The weather on our trip wasn’t the greatest. Captain Chris gave us the option to fish or not so we gave it a try.  He ran hard trying to find the fish despite the bad weather.  Couldn’t have asked for a harder working captain.
