4Hour Trip — Nearshore - 12:00 PM • 2 adultsCan’t think of a better spring break activity than going out and catching loads of fish. Captain Jose made that happen better than I imagined. From start to finish, we were nailing jacks, bluefish, redfish, black drum, ladyfish, and loads of fat snook(we literally lost count). I left my excursion physically exhausted from how much I fought these fish. Definately a lucky day to be out, but it also seemed like we caught more than the boats around us. Super clean and well kept boat with ample space for a small group. Jose seemed to know how to find us fish and that’s what I’m here for. He even cleaned some of the fish for us to finish off the day which was a great touch. Couldn’t be happier with my day on the water.

3 Hour Trip — Inshore - 8:00 AM • 3 adultsAwesome trip with captain Jose. Highly recommend. He put us on fish, a couple times all 4 of us were hooked up. very attentive to rebaiting or taking care of our lines when we broke off. Had plenty of live bait. He tried real hard to keep us on fish, we would move when the bite died off. Jose was more than willing to answer all our questions and take care of all our needs while out. We were fortunate in that while out fishing, we got to watch a rocket launch, that was awesome. Would highly recommend J fishing charters, we definitely will use them again when we come back.

4Hour Trip — Nearshore - 12:00 PM • 2 adultsWe had a wonderful time with J Fishing, he put us on fish the whole time we were out there and was very helpful and patient. He even cleaned the fish for us to use for dinner tonight! Very nice equipment and boat as well. I would recommend J Fishing Charters to anyone and everyone and I will definitely book with him the next time I am in the area. Half day INSHORE FISHING (copy) - 2:00 PM • 3 adultsIt was a last minute request. Captain was quick to respond and accepted the trip. I took 3 teenage boys with me and we had a great time! Captain did a great job by having some of us targeting Triple Tail and some fishing on the bottom. If the boys wanted some quick action they couks fish on the bottom, we were catching multiple species quickly. If the wanted to wait and try to catch a bigger targeted species they could. Captain was very patient and very busy keeping all the rods with bait in the water. We caught a Triple Tail, Snook, Jacks, Croakers (which we used as bait for snook), Whiting, Spainish Makerel and Lady Fish. One teenager had never caught a fish before. Highly recommend!

3 Hour Trip — Inshore - 8:00 AM • 2 adultsOne of the best fishing experiences of my life. Me and my wife caught loads! King mackerel, cobia, snapper and grey trigger fish. We even took our snapper to Rusty's who will cook it for you after, highly recommend. Jose was a great captain, very fun, friendly and new the place inside out and kept our rods baited and ready at all times. His boat is top of the range, a good size to keep the ride smooth and fast and has all the gear and fish finders any captain can dream of. I had the best time ever, I'm already thinking about when I can come back. The trip was flawless, and great for whatever skill level you are, even my wife who hasn't fished much had a great time. Thank you J!

Another great day on the water here out of Port Canaveral! Conditions were a little different depending on where we fished.
The nearshore bite was slow, with fish being scattered and requiring some patience. But once we made the run offshore, the action completely changed!
? Offshore was on fire with an incredible mix of species:
* ? Big Sailfish
* ? Mahi-Mahi
* ? King Mackerel
* ? Bonita
* ? Barracuda
Watching our anglers battle and land a beautiful sailfish is always something special, and topping it off with mahi, kings, and plenty of action made for an unforgettable trip!
Every day on the ocean is different, and today proved that making the run offshore was absolutely worth it.

?? Tournament Report – Yesterday’s Sunrise Marina Tournament ??
What an incredible day on the water! We battled hard and were blessed with an outstanding performance, bringing home three winning categories and finishing strong against a great field of anglers.
? 4th Place Grouper
? 4th Place Mahi-Mahi
? 4th Place Kingfish
The crew stayed focused, worked together, and put in the effort from the first line in the water until the final weigh-in. While we didn’t take home the top spot, placing in three different divisions is something we’re very proud of and a testament to the quality of fishing and teamwork aboard J Fishing Charters.
A huge thank you to everyone who fished with us, supported us, and cheered us on. Every tournament is a learning experience, and we’re already looking forward to the next one. The fish are biting, and we’re ready to get back out there!

Big Snook 40” ??? and Flounder

? J Fishing Charters – Daily Fishing Report ?
Today was another solid day on the water out of Port Canaveral! We focused on nearshore waters and had steady action throughout the trip.
The main target was snook, and they did not disappoint — we landed a beautiful 40” trophy snook ?? along with multiple other hookups and opportunities. Always exciting to see fish of that caliber come to the boat!
Along the way, we also stayed busy catching a mix of species including jacks and ladyfish flounder ,keeping rods bent and the crew smiling the whole time.
Conditions were decent, and the bite stayed consistent, making for a fun and productive trip for everyone onboard.
Big thanks to the crew for coming out and fishing hard with me today — looking forward to the next trip!

Big Mahi day!!! Great day offshore

Offshore Fire ? Big Mahi, Cobia & Red Snapper Action!
Report (April 26):
Another phenomenal day offshore out of Port Canaveral with nonstop action from start to finish!
The highlight of the trip was a great run of mahi in the 20–30 lb class—beautiful fish and hard fights that kept the crew busy. We also put a couple of solid cobia on deck to add to the excitement.
Bottom fishing was just as impressive, with big red snappers coming up along with plenty of smaller ones. Several fish came up with fresh shark bite marks, showing just how active things are out there right now—always a wild sight!
Special thanks to Rafael, a repeat customer and now a great friend—always a pleasure having you on board and looking forward to many more trips together!
Between the quality mahi, cobia, and snapper action, it was a full day of bent rods, tight lines, and happy anglers.

Fish of lifetime 70 pounds kind 2 sails!

Epic Offshore Bite – Cobia, Kings & Double Sailfish Hookup!
Report (April 24):
What an incredible deep sea trip out of Port Canaveral! Conditions lined up perfect and the bite did not disappoint.
We put together a solid mixed bag, landing a quality cobia, along with plenty of lane snappers and black sea bass to keep the rods bending. We also added a nice gag grouper to round things out on the bottom.
On top of that, we had some serious action on the troll—boated around 70 pounds of king mackerel and had an unforgettable moment with two big sailfish hooked up at the same time! Absolutely insane action and something you don’t see every day.
All around, an epic day with nonstop excitement and great memories for the crew. Offshore fishing is ? right now—don’t miss out!

Great spring break!!! SNOOK Action

Spring Break Action – Snook Bite ?
What a week on the water! Spring break brought some awesome action and great crews out fishing with us.
The main targets this week were snook up to 40”,redfish, and black drum, and they did not disappoint. We had steady bites with multiple quality snook landed, along with some solid reds and big black drum mixed in.
On top of that, there was plenty of action from jacks, bluefish, and ladyfish, keeping rods bent and everyone smiling all trip long—perfect for both experienced anglers and first-timers.
Conditions weren’t always perfect, but we worked hard, stayed on the fish, and made it happen every day.
If you’re looking for non-stop action and a chance at some big snook, reds, and drum, now is a great time to get on the water!
