- Meet Captain Matt Jackson Fishing has been a way of life for me since I was a kid. I spent every summer on the Gulf Coast and fell in love with fishing at an early age. That passion eventually turned into a career when I started deckhanding on several well-known charter boats in the area over 22 years ago. After years of learning from experienced captains and spending countless days on the water, I earned my 100-Ton Captain's License 20 years ago. Since then, I've dedicated my life to helping anglers of all ages experience the excitement of Gulf fishing. Whether you're a first-time fisherman or a seasoned angler, my goal is to provide a safe, family-friendly trip while creating memories that will last a lifetime. From chasing snapper and triggerfish to battling tuna and wahoo offshore, I love sharing my passion for fishing with every guest who steps aboard.
