Fished on 11/20, 1/2 day trip.  I saltwater fish in Texas and told guide my wife and I wanted filets for meals.  The trip was the typical tourist line wetting tour.  We fished 5 spots around the bay, 2 of them in a protected dock area, 2 under the bridge, and 1 old bridge by the bank.  I looked at his fish finder when we pulled up to the dock areas and there were no fish.  1 Sheepshead and a few nibbles for $700.00.  Guide was a nice guy, but it was an expensive Sheepshead meal and bay tour.

Captain Mike was very knowledgeable and worked hard to keep us catching fish. I wish we would’ve booked for more time. Watching the Blue Angels was an added bonus and captain Mike let us fish where we could watch them. I recommend Hot Spots👍

We went out on the 4 hour inshore/nearshore trip with Daniel on July 6th. It was pretty windy so we were not able to catch many fish but did catch about half a dozen less desirable ones that we did not keep. We did hook into some red snapper, just was not able to get them into the boat. We were able to stay out on the water a little longer than the 4 hours though in hopes we would catch more fish, which we greatly appreciated from Daniel. Even though we were not able to catch many or keep any, we had a great time and had so much fun! We did not know that we would have to catch the bait fish first which was not bad we were just unaware. We were not able to catch many bait fish so we knew pretty quickly we may have a hard time. But overall, definitely a trip we would recommend and hopefully do again soon on a calmer day and be able to take some fish home with us!

We went out and had a ton of fun! We hit up some red fish and sheep’s head and Mackerel. Besides the loons stealing our bait all was great! We even got to see some dolphins!

Great time with Tyler. Caught a bunch of fish and the perfect amount of time for an eleven year old. Also so a lot of dolphin. We will book again.
