No big fish should have went somewhere else when all your getting is bait for the big ones. We rented a boat for 3 days on our own. Caught why bigger and just as many. Nice crew but . But we didn’t even use a ocean rod. Disappointed

It has taken me a full solid day-HALF to start to get over the disappointment of this fishing trip. If I wanted to have the experience of ONLY getting baby fish I could have gone to the Sanibel Bridge and saved myself all the money. This trip was for my sons 13 birthday, no it was not his first time fishing. He has more rods then I can count and has been fishing since he was 5 years old. But it was his first time on a fishing boat. There are NO PICTURES of my son with a fish. Because there was no actual fishing. NO MATTER HOW BAD THE FISHING WAS THE CAPTION WOULD ONLY MOVE 10 FEET. We choose near shore for our first time. I didn’t think near shore meant I could swing to shore.  The arguing between the deck hand (who was awesome by the way) and the captain was really bed. The deck hand kept saying there was no fish and to move and the captain refuse. This trip cost me $490+ and we also gave an $80 dollar tip, that I pray went to the deck hand. He was the only one who deserved anything.
When the only time you see your son laughing is back at the dock feeding the Tarpon the baby fish we caught but you just spend almost $600 dollars. Now that enraging and disappointing.  WE ARE NOT TOURIST WE LIVE IN LEHIGH ACRES. WE HAVE LIVED IN FLORIDA ALL OUR LIVES. I HOPE THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREATMENT TOURIST. ALSO OUR KIDS ARE 15, 13, AND 13 AGAIN THEY HAVE BEEN FISHING THEIR WHOLE LIVES. IT IS INSULTING TO PRETEND THAT THE GARBAGE THEY WERE CATCHING WAS GOOD.————————————————————————————————————————————THE ONLY GOOD THING I WILL SAY IS THIS—- THANK YOU FOR MOTIVATING US TO FINALY BUY OUR OWN BOAT.——————————————————————————————-IT WAS NEVER ABOUT THE MONEY SPENT IT WAS THE EXPERIENCE OF MY SON AND DAUGTERS ENJOIMENT ON THEIR FIRST FISHING TRIP THAT I WILL NEVER GET BACK.

I do not recommend using this captain.  We fished under a bridge near the dock the entire time and didnt catch anything.  The captain did not make any kind of effort to catch good fish.
We would not use them again.
