great trip with visiting family
5 Hour Trip–Active First Responders on August 17, 2026 • 5 adults
We had family visiting from the east coast and who had never been salmon fishing before. We booked our trip with Capt. Dan and it was a great time. Capt Dan was knowledgeable, kind and respectful of the fishing world. He entertained (&answered) all the questions from us salmon newbies. We did catch a couple coho keepers (which is all we were allowed at this time due to fishing restrictions by state of WA) and released the others. The boat is meticulously maintained, fishing gear top notch and just overall a great energy. The sun even came up after a foggy morning on the water. Thanks, Capt Dan!

Our fishing trip was amazing! Daniel is a great captain — knowledgeable, organized, and had everything we needed for a perfect day on the water. It was my son’s first time fishing on the sound, and now he’s hooked (pun intended)! Thanks for making this such a memorable day for our family. We can’t wait to cook up our fresh catch tonight.

Great trip, but fish weren’t biting
5 Hour Trip – Salmon Adventure on July 13, 2026 • 4 adults • 2 children
We had a great time! The boat was immaculate, and the Captain was amazing. The fish weren’t biting today. My grandkids, wife and I all caught small fish we threw back and the captain worked hard for us spending extra time until we brought in a good one. We were very happy with our trip and would recomend Captain Daniel to everyone interested in fishing Puget Sound.
