We went fishing with Capt. Jeff as tourists - so we needed a reliable fishing guide. Capt. Jeff proved to be a friendly Captain with whom the five hours on the boat went by too quickly. We caught two salmons of a good size, we saw whales and we visited a colony of sea lions. We were very satisfied with this fishing trip and like to give a wholehearted recommendation for this captain and his boat.

This was simply a perfect first time out on a fishing charter for me an my family (kids 8 and 10). Half day (AM). An unbelievable experience. Super knowledgeable captain, outstanding results (we caught our limit in 2 hours, kept fishing for fun and got to catch and release a ton of fish). Friendly, excellent interactions with kids… I highly recommend this company. If you are not a fishing guru and are hesitant to go out on a boat with kids, don’t be. Parenting win. I booked a half day trip with Jeff for my partner’s birthday, and I absolutely had 0 knowledge of fishing of any kind. When I told Jeff about it, he 100% took care of us so well. It was such a wonderful fishing trip for both of us, will recommend and come back for sure!

Unfortunately, Captain Jeff had boat trouble prior to our booked trip. However, he set us up with another boat/guide and our trip still happened! Toast was a great Captain, on a great boat! We had a great time. Unfortunately, our targeted species (Halibut) weren’t cooperating this time, but we each had a chance to pull up and release some Dog Fish who were more interested in our bait! That’s fishing!

Boomer was an excellent guide and we had a lot of fun on our charter with him. Within 5 minutes we each caught a salmon, and we learned a lot about fishing techniques and regulations based on his vast experience. We got lucky and saw a pod of orcas and dolphins on our excursion which was a nice bonus. It was a fun experience that we’d totally recommend to anyone wanting to experience a taste of Pacific fishing.
