I will say Captain Tom worked his bit off to find the fish today. The offshore bite today was slow but Tom kept at it. Throwing everything he had at finding and landing some Mahi. We were not the only ones looking for the fish today. All the boats out in the deep were searching. We landed on a school of Mahi and started filling the cooler. Our first fishing trip with Captain Tom was amazing and perfect for beginners like us! Captain Tom was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to guide us through everything, making sure we felt comfortable and had a great time. Tom is an incredible captain and went out of his way to make sure we caught fish despite the wind making it impossible to go out to the reef as planned. We loaded up on mangrove snapper which we are having cooked at Kiki’s for dinner. We will book him again next year.
