Zac is a real nice guy so laid back and down to earth! He has great knowledge and experience and is willing to share it with you. He was great with the kids and very accommodating. I plan on making this an annual fishing trip! He had us start off catching perch, bass, pan fish to get warmed up and then we hit the trout. Under threat of a morning of rain Zac was on time and we headed out. Right away he put me on hits and although it was slow and tough fishing, it was enjoyable chatting and learning the local lore and Olympic fun facts from Z. The day’s weather got better and then the real catching started. Boated a personal best smallie and a few more smaller ones. All in all a great time. Can’t wait to come back for Lake Trout in Spring. That was a quote from my 11 year old son.  We had a blast, caught some rainbows, Perch, almost had a laker on board but spit the hook at the last second.  Zac is not just a guide but an educator as well.  He taught my son and myself so much.  Great time from start to finish.  And Zac has just a fantastic way with my son.. My wife and I took three of our kids on a 2 hour tour with Zac last week. The previous reviews are all spot on, he’s great with kids, is an encyclopedia as it comes to anything related to fishing, hunting or history of the Adirondacks, and is an all around good guy who knows the where the good spots are. Parents and kids all had a blast!

Me and my son went on a fishing trip with Zac. He treated us like we were family. He was very knowledgeable and we caught a lot of fish in the time we spent with him. I would recommend him a 10/10 if you want to learn more about fishing and catch fish. I am already planning another trip with him in the future.
