Me cousin went out with Captain Jim and could not have asked for a better experience! He is a great, friendly guy and knew exactly where the fish were. His demeanor and the way he runs everything on his boat would make this a great experience for anyone, regardless of level of experience. Would highly recommend!

The Five Star reviews are spot on! Captain Jim was exactly what we were looking for. Great host on the boat, patient with our questions and excited to answer them. Really, I had no idea what to expect but I can tell you after a 6 hour trip today, we are already planning our next one. Not to mention the fish!! Capt Jim knows the lake and how to get fish! Great trip. Signed up so I could show my 24 year old son fishing on lake Michigan. Caught five, 1 large rainbow and 4 lake trout. Capt James is a wealth of information and extremely helpful. We had a great fishing trip! Captain James is a veteran. He definitely knows his stuff. We caught more fish then any other boats on the water that day. We ended up having to cut our trip short and only fished 4 hours because me and my wife unfortunately got sick, but we caught 7 fish, released 1 and missed 3. Not a bad day on the lake.
