I'm a Minnesota muskie fishing guide, based in the Twin Cities area. I've been fishing my entire life and the passion only continues to grow. Musky fishing is my specialty, I've been chasing these amazing fish for over 20 years. I live and guide in the Twin Cities metro area of Minneapolis Minnesota. I love the challenge of musky fishing and I am genuinely passionate about teaching my guide clients everything I've learned over the years. There is nothing more rewarding than helping someone catch their first musky, or their biggest musky, or even watching them witness their first musky follow!
Techniques
I'm mainly a casting guide, there is nothing like interacting with a giant musky as it follows your bait to the boat. I will accomodate for trolling trips when the conditions work for trolling. Generally trolling takes place in the fall, during windy conditions that won't allow boat control with my electric trolling motor, or when clients are unable to effectively cast.

The muskies just keep piling up in my boat. We had another multiple musky morning before the storms rolled in. A very eerie storm cloud hung over our heads for around 2 hours and we boated 2 muskies in this short window before the lightning started and had to get off the water.

Another day with multiple muskies caught! we had tougher conditions with sunshine and light winds, but the muskies didn't seem to mind! we ended up catching 4 muskies on this trip and seeing one MONSTER of a musky follow a topwater to the boat. It's quite the experience to even just see a huge musky like that. Get on my schedule and come chase muskies!

We had an incredible day on 9/14, two muskies hit the net! we also had multiple other muskies chase and try to eat, including two that were estimated in the 48 to 50 inch range. They are actively chasing bucktails and topwater baits right now. Don't wait, book your trip now!

What an incredible night on the water! We had everything in our favor for this trip, we had a moon close to sunset and we had low pressure with heavy cloud cover and a chance of rain. This "perfect storm really turned the muskies on. Two nice fish hit the net, three follows and one lost fish for a 4 hour PM trip made for an excellent evening on the water.

Another musky in the net on an evening trip. Fish are up shallow and getting active. Yesterday brought very high winds which meant we had to change our game plan and fish protected shoreline areas. We hit some known musky areas around a long stretch of docks and we found a few active fish. Starting out with an active follow, then shortly after we caught a nice 40 inch musky. Two more fish followed but they weren't interested in eating.
