- My love for the water has always been a part of my life. From the time I could hold a fishing pole, I was casting that bad boy anytime I could. When I began taking friends and family out for the first time, I was hooked on the fact that I was able to show them how to catch a certain species of fish, and then for them to have success was the icing on the cake for me. Their smiles and memories had me hooked. I am also a full-time firefighter/EMT for the city of High Springs, Florida. I have been there for 12 years. I enjoy making a difference in people's lives by being there in the moment of need. It's a sense of purpose I believe I was born to do.
