Adam is a really nice guy. I booked a fishing trip, but I wanted to take my girlfriend and her sister on an inland trip they know. They both have lived on Topsail Island, and one still does. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I took my son ocean fishing for his first time and everything went better than expected. He was a little bit nervous at first, but Captain Adam eased his worries by patiently talking with him and reassuring him. Although our excursion was only two hours, we caught eight or nine red fish, a baby shark, and a flounder. Even better than the fish was the memory we made and the fish we had the next night! We had a great time on this trip. We got several fish and came home with some filleted red drum. He was very knowledgeable. A great captain and fisherman. He was so good with my young kids and made it an unforgettable trip for them.

I took my 13 year old son on this trip with Adam Child. Adam could not have been better. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited every time my son caught a fish. The water and the scenery are beautiful and you can get a great fishing experience without having to go off shore or break the bank. We will be back on the water with Adam next summer!
