My family and I did the 3 hour trip and had a blast. The ocean was super rough so we stayed in the bay and caught Spanish Mackerel. Captain John and First Mate Nick are personable and easy going, and made sure that we had a good time. I would 1000% recommend A Slice of Life for your charter.

Our charter boat experience was fantastic! John and Nick were especially attentive and kind with my wife and two kids. They went out of their way to make sure the kids were engaged, teaching them about the boat and helping them fish, which they absolutely loved. My wife and I felt completely at ease, knowing the crew prioritized safety and family-friendly fun. It was a perfect day on the water, and we can’t wait to book with them again!

Weather was not ideal, they we re willing to do whatever we wanted and showed genuine concern and wanted us to be comfortable. By the end of the trip they seemed like folks we’ve known for years. I’d book with again in the future.

My family and I had a fantastic evening with Capt. John and Nick. They were great hosts and knew the hot spots where we got a lot of great fishing action within our 3 hour trip. We were able to get very close to a lot of dolphins as well and the ride back in as the sun set over the horizon was the icing on the cake. They were great with our kids and just made everything perfect. Would 100% book this trip again!
