Here is a small observation of your review that you leave regarding your trip with us.

I wanted to organize something special for my son on his tenth birthday.
 
-yes you get something speciall but prople with strange caracter like yours would never be happy.We even prepaired birthday present for your son.

In the port there was an elderly man and a lady waiting for us instead of the alleged Marijo.

-Eldarly man named Dragan has 40 years of fishing experience.
 
2.5 hours of fishing are left out of the 5 hours of the trip. 

-50 minutes one way so you had 3:20 minuters for fishing.

We only stood in one place for 2 hours and caught red fish 20 cm long. 

-we where changing spots meters by meters with minnkota located at boat front which you didnt even noticed that we have.You had constant action for 3 hours.

YES 20 cm FISH. 

-But still you take it for BBQ.As you said You are experienced fisherman Next time you need to book big game fishing so you will catch Tunas and sharks.

We catch bigger ones in a pond near the house. 

-I would be suprise if you catch any fish before.

After that, the younger son did not say anything, the 10-year-old birthday boy was disappointed, and at that moment I felt as if I had been fuc..d by an atomic bomb.

-How long your kids spent time sleeping in cabin and jumping around boat?

Overall your review score 1.0 is quiet funny within 64 others reviews for me and its showing how good fisherman you are.At least you coud rate crew and boat better which is equipped with the latest fishing electronic and fishing accessorice.

Regarding your complain i can say that i feel very sorry and sad.
Biggest satisfaction after our trips for us is smile and happiness on face of our customers.
In our offer there is a few different trips that we offer.
For every trip there is required an another fishing equipment,bites, lures…so
It is not possible to have all of them on board at same time.
When we are doing trolling we are sailing in total 5 hrs in order to pass much as possible
Spots, but with fishing is unfortunately sometimes like yesterday.NO CATCH.
