I’m so sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with your charter experience. I sincerely apologize for the rain—bad weather can definitely make things frustrating when we’re out on the water. The weather we had was unexpected and did now show in the forecast for the day.
I did my best to adjust by heading inshore to find calmer waters and improve the fishing experience but there was no hiding from the weather this day and it continued to rain and temperatures dropped. I truly appreciate your understanding and would love the chance to make it up to you the next time you’re in the Keys.
