It was an amazing experience!! The meetup was simple and they got us out on the boat right away. First time any of us have ever fished for muskie and we all had amazing catches!! Captain Kurt is clearly an experienced fisherman.  We booked a multi-species trip and we caught a variety of many fish, including a 45” musky!  Father and son captains were very friendly.  Captain Kurt went above and beyond to engage and teach my four kids throughout the day, even after cleaning our catches! Went out with captain Kurt for a half day perch trip, we set out, and were greeted with a beautiful sunrise. We had a nice COMFORTABLE trip over to the perch grounds. After a bit of hopping around, we found them in the stained water. We caught a lot of fish, but had to do a bit of sorting. We ended the day with 28 NICE keepers.

The boat caught 6 fish. I caught two of those. I was new to this style of fishing but was very pleased with the patience of the crew in teaching it to me. I felt like they were invested into my success making sure to answer any questions I had and show me pointers along the way. The crew is very friendly and personable, I would recommend Reel Therapy Sportfish to anyone!

We had a great time with Mark and Kurt. They worked hard at getting us on fish. We knew that this is a tough time of year to fish, but we caught a lot of Smallmouth Bass.
