We had theeee perfect day on the water with Captain Eddie!  Weather was overcast and the men caught a ton of fish.  Captain Eddie cleaned the fish for us and gave us recommendations on how to cook it.  He Played great tunes and was just really down to earth Captain.  Easy to talk to!!!  Thank you!!  Highly recommend Mama Tried Fishing Charter. 

Captain Mike and John were great woth our family! Very patient with our kids and eager to make sure they caught fish. Boat was clean and well maintained! Definitely recommend this trip for families with kids. We caught loads of fish and it was cleaned quickly and professionally. Anyone booking this trip will have a great time!

Beautiful new boat with all the newest tech. Expert captain. Caught lots of fish. New tackle. Captain was great with the kids. Would definitely go back again if we return to Anna Maria Island. This trip great for all ages and experience levels. Just show up and catch fish. We will be eating our keepers for dinner tomorrow. Captain Eddie cut up the fish and put them on ice for us. First of all we caught a lot of fish!  But, more importantly, Capt. Mike called me several days before our charter and wanted to know if, due to the wind and weather, we could move from Thursday to Saturday, in order for the wind to calm down and create flat seas.  I checked with my crew and that was fine.  Point being, Capt. Mike took the time to make certain our objectives were met and we had a great charter.  He has numerous hot spots and his Robalo is a fantastic boat. No regrets!

It was just one of those fishing days. First the wind prevented us from getting the 625$ trip we paid for and got knocked down to the 600$ trip without reimbursement but i get it, i guess not there fault.  Captain Eddie did a fantastic job trying to turn a bad day fishing into a better day.  All we caught were catfish and 1 seatrout. I can’t day enough about the Captain and our equipment it just wasn’t in the cards for us that day.
