- I love being on the water, whether it be fishing, sailing or cruising. I began my maritime career at the age of 10 when I attended sailing school for the first time. I have spent most of my life on the water having served in the US Coast Guard for more than 10 years, and I am currently employed as a captain in charge of hydrographic research vessels and boating/sailing instructor. I prefer to take a relaxed, laid back approach to fishing. I welcome novices and seasoned anglers alike, and I believe that spending time on the water should be as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Safety is also number one in my book and I am prepared to handle any situation.
