- worked as a Sport fishing boat deck hand 1978, went to Alaska in 1979. Fished on the Deadliest Catch series Crab boats, as well as Salmon, Halibut, and Cod/ Pollock Trawlers for 25 years. Also ran boats/ Yachts, from Newport Beach down to San Diego for long range Tuna trips in Baja, all the way down to Zihuatenejo Mexico, and up through the Sea of Cortez.
