  If you’re looking for an incredible fishing experience on Puget Sound, look no further than Captain Jerome and Twin J Charters! From start to finish, Captain Jerome made the trip an absolute blast. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the local waters, knows where to find the fish, and has a great personality that makes you feel like you’re fishing with an old friend rather than a charter captain. We had a fantastic day catching coho salmon and flounder, but the fishing was only part of the adventure! Puget Sound put on quite the wildlife show, with sightings of sea lions, harbor seals, and sea otters. Between reeling in fish, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and watching the wildlife, there was never a dull moment. What really sets Captain Jerome apart is his combination of experience, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm for what he does. He’s not just there to put you on fish—he makes sure you have a great time doing it! Great fishing, incredible wildlife, plenty of laughs, and a captain who knows his stuff.   Great way to start the week!

  My cousin and I went fishing on a Monday on the recommendation on another family member who was put on fish with captain Jerome a few weeks ago. He did not disappoint! We saw plenty of bait balls on the fish finder and were mooching for coho. Because the weather was sunny and the water calm, we could see the salmon chase our bait to the surface very often. We hooked into about a dozen fish, three were kings that we had to let go, three were coho, and the others got off mid fight since we were using barbless hooks. We could see many boats on the water but we were the most active by a long shot. I would definitely recommend captain Jerome and will be booking with him again.

  Amazing As Always!

  6 Hour Trip – Salmon/Crab on August 22, 2026 • 4 adults

  My friends and I go fishing every year with a boat from this web sight. For the past few years we have gone with Twin J charters and have never once been disappointed with our experience. This year we booked the dual crab/salmon trip and even though it was a wild weather day on the water we had a blast! We reeled in a bunch, tossed a few back and lost a few, but we still walked away with 3 nice size Coho salmon. I even caught a shark, but he was released to see another day, lol. The crab pots were dropped aways from our salmon fishing waters, but the ride to and fro was a blast. What I liked about the crab experience was the interaction with the captain Jerome while learning to pull pots. The first was empty and we all got quiet trying to figure out why. The second had rock crab, but nothing we could keep. I said the 3rd and 4th will be our mother load and we were not disappointed! We boated away with 7 Dungeness crab! The sun finally broke through the clouds on our way back to the dock which made for a lovely time on the water. At the dock Captain Jerome took pictures of us with our catch and then cleaned the fish and bagged everything up. Once again Twin J charters did not disappoint! We have already made plans for next years adventure and I may even get the chance to help bait the pots!!! All in all If you don't mind an amazing day on the water, sea water on the face, wind rustling your hair, sore arms from reeling the big one and a little blood on the pants (possibly) from your catch hitting the deck then Twin J charters is your next amazing adventure.

  Captain Jerome was fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made the trip enjoyable from start to finish. It was a slow day for every boat on the water, but thanks to his experience, we still caught salmon, crab, flounder, and rockfish. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great day on the water.

  Great trip out in Puget Sound!

  Such a great trip. Caught a ton of fish. Captain Jerome was awesome! Not sure how many salmon were caught, but it was a lot. Captain was super great with my 12 yo son as well. Great for families, but would be great taking anyone tbh. Make sure to take appropriate clothing and food, but book captain Jerome if you’re in the area!
