    Wade fishing trip with Capt Connor

    6 Hour Trip – Targeted Species

    We had a great experience with Captain Connor for a targeted Speckled Trout trip. Having not wade fished that much, he was very informative and was able to instruct me on how to have great results. He has great knowledge over the area and was easily able to put us on some big fish. The boat is brand new and was a very comfortable ride all around the bay. In addition, the step at the back makes it very easy to get in and out of the boat when it is time to wade. 409 Charters made our trip an awesome experience and I fully plan to use them again when in the area!

    Amazing Day with Captain Connor!

    6 Hour Trip – Targeted Species

    Had a great day on the water with Captain Connor and 409 Charters! The boat was super up to date and fun to ride on. We ended up catching too many speckled trout to count and many of them were over the “slot” and too big to keep. The highlight of the trip had to be when we ended up doubling up on redfish. All around and amazing trip and experience.

    Inshore trip

    6 Hour Trip – Targeted Species

    Safe to say.. I'll be booking again this year! Connor and Daniel have really put in the time and effort learning the waters and fish patterns. They've got a great boat and awesome gear. I especially liked the rods they have, super light and flicky.

    MUST BOOK

    Two of the best fishing guides i've met. After years of searching its safe to say ive found my go too charter with 409. Couldn't recommend this charter anymore. Will be going back soon!

    4 Hour Trip – Wade Fishing 101

    Great experience fishing with Capt. Connor. We were catching trout with our eyes closed by the end of it. Highly recommend!

What's biting with 409 Charters in Galveston

Daylight hours shorten and temperatures start to drop. Bull Redfish start to come into the bay in huge numbers to spawn, with 30-40 fish being caught in a day sometimes!
