Never thought I would fish for let alone catch a Marlin in my lifetime and after a push from a friend and phone call with Captain Mike we booked an 8 hour trip. Managed to fulfill the bucket list with a pacific Blue Marlin a couple hours into the trip! The boat is immaculate and very high tech! Fishing slowed done in the afternoon so the Captain asked us stay out longer and we managed to pick up a trophy size spearfish just before heading back to the harbour! If you’re even thinking about booking a charter in the Kona area, this is the one to book. Great Captain, and the best first mate I’ve ever fished with. The boat is immaculate, the gear is practically new, it has the most advanced sonar on the market, and a gyro stabilizer that makes for a SMOOTH ride in the waves. Captain Mike and first mate Chris are both nice, knowledgeable, funny, and know how to catch fish. You won’t find a better operation, and I’ll definitely be back!
