Great 6hr trip with Captain Harris
6 Hour Trip (AM) – Bottom on July 5, 2019 • 5 adults
This was a last minute booking for us on a busy holiday weekend. We have been on several deep water fishing trips and the people we used were all busy. Thankfully, Team Aquatic had a last minute cancellation the day before. I highly recommend this Captain and his boat! He was very personable. Him and Ray made everyone comfortable (for the ones who ended up not wanting to fish) and educated and kept up with all the ones who were fishing! We will be back!

What's biting with Triple B Charters in Panama City Beach

It's hard to resist the last bite of Red Snapper on weekends, but there's much more to fishing. Make the most of the last of the offshore season to land Mahi and Grouper, while Flounder is the flavor of the month inshore.

We had a great day abord our 36’ contender deep dropping for yellow edge grouper and tile fish. We even caught two nice mahi for some bonus fish.

6 hr bottom fishing trip

May 23, 2016 • Panama City Beach

We left the dock at 8 am this morning with two groups of three men wanting to go catch some big fish. After a short 30 minute bait stop we headed offshore to some deep water wrecks. We filtered through small jacks to get our keepers and moved on to catching and releasing red snapper. After getting bent for the first two hours the guys decided to do some stronger fishing for some good eating filets. The ride home was awesome on the contender with 1' seas and 900hp.

blue water trip

May 12, 2016 • Panama City Beach

Thursday we had a two guys who wanted to go try their luck on some pelagic fish. The blue water has been pushed in close the last couple of days in combination with calm seas, making our chances of catching some blue water fish good. We left the mains at 7:30 with a destination of 55 miles south. Upon arriving we set the spread and began our troll to deep water. The first strike came when a 27 pound wahoo sky rocketed on the left rigger resulting in screaming drag and happy faces. After short battle the angler was able to position the fish alongside the boat for the final gaff shot. After another hour of silence a dorado comes leaping through our baits and finds a hook and his way into the boat. The last fish of the day was a 350 pound blue marlin who wouldn't you know it slams one of our smaller outfits on the boat and begins to dump the line off with a quickness. After clearing lines a battle begins but only last for 5 minutes before he becomes wrapped up in the leader only to have it break the 200 pound leader the bait was attached to. By this time it was time to point the contender north for a 85 mile ride to the barn. With calm seas we were able to cruise home at a comfortable 40 knots to make our 6 pm deadline.

8 hour bottom fishing

May 9, 2016 • Panama City Beach

We left the dock at 6 am with two gentlemen from Kentucky that wanted to do some bottom fishing for big fish. We decided on a 8 hour bottom trip to allow enough time to catch multiple species from the reef family. The first stop was bait around the buoys to catch the live bait for the day which took only 40 minutes. After a short one hour ride the first stop was amberjack heaven with fish being caught directly behind the transom. After fighting a few for fun we hooked a bonus conia. They following stops for the rest of the day resulted in big red snapper being caught and released while looking for grouper, triggerfish, and vermillion snapper. The 30kt cruise of the contender was nice and cool after a long day of fishing with great people.
