  Captain Kim is the Best!

  We had an incredible trip with Captain Kim! He was extremely knowledgeable about the local waters and knew exactly where to put us on the fish. We booked a 3-hour inshore trip with our 5- and 7-year-old boys, and honestly I wasn’t sure our youngest would make it the whole time. Captain Kim proved me wrong. He kept both kids engaged from start to finish, was unbelievably patient, and made the experience fun for everyone. The fishing was fantastic—we caught a ton of fish and a wide variety of species, which kept the excitement going all morning. If you’re looking for a guide who’s not only an excellent fisherman but also amazing with kids and families, Captain Kim is the one to book. We’ll definitely be back!

  Capt Kim is awesome!

  3 Hour Trip – Inshore (AM) on July 9, 2026 • 2 adults

  Went out in less-than-ideal conditions...slack tide in the summer heat. Captain Kim took us right to a spot he knew would be good in spite of conditions, and we started reeling in fish! Wound up catching a keeper reds (which we immediately took to Hudsons to have cooked-delicious) and one flounder that was just shy of the mark, plus several smaller reds and flounder. Then Captain Kim moved us to several other spots, and at our final cast, my son caught a 21-inch red! Captain Kim is great with instructions, then lets you do the fishing. Super nice man and a joy to be with on the boat! Will definitely book with him again!

  Amazing trip with my sons

  Captain SK gave my boys and me an outstanding day on the water. We caught our boat limit of redfish and spent the rest of the trip chasing flounder and other species. SK is incredibly experienced, knows exactly where to find the fish, and was patient and encouraging with my sons the entire time. He not only taught them great fishing techniques but also shared some valuable life lessons along the way. It was a trip we'll never forget. I highly recommend this charter company to anyone looking for a great time on the water in Hilton Head

  Captain Kim provided so much knowledge and help and made the entire trip so enjoyable. It stormed here the night before and he kept watch of the weather to see what it was doing and adjusted the time of departure based off of when would be the best time to go. We definitely will book again and recommend Captain Kim to anyone who is looking for a great fishing adventure!

  Perfect Family Charter with a Great Captain

  3 Hour Trip – Inshore (AM) on April 2, 2026 • 3 adults

  We had an outstanding trip with Captain Kim from I Love Fishing. He was patient, kind, and fantastic with my two teenage sons—he really made the experience special for them. The fishing was great—we landed three redfish (kept two) and a black drum. Captain Kim put us on fish and made everything easy. He cleaned our catch at the dock, and we even took it to a local restaurant to have it cooked fresh the same day—doesn’t get much better than that. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again.
