Great in-shore fishing.

With a few days to myself I decided to do a little bit of fishing. "I love fishing" charter was recommended to me by a friend. The owner and captain, Sang Kyun, was personable, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I been fishing many times, but he taught me a lot about techniques used with certain types of fish.
Fish weren't biting much as it was out of season in Feb, but we still got a lot of "almosts" finally landing a large Red. But unfortunately had to throw it back. Too "BIG". Warning! Crazy regs. Red fish have to be between 15 and 23 inches. Mine was 24.
But overall had a great time and very much enjoyed it. Will use him again.

Most amazing first fishing trip

Captain Kim was the absolute best, not only was he very professional but knowledgable. He knew exactly where to take us to catch the fish. This was a special trip for me and my husband because it was our 1 year anniversary and his first time seeing the ocean EVER! I couldn’t believe he had never seen the ocean when we first met but I’m glad I was able to make that memory with him and Cpt Kim made it the absolute best experience ever. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fishing trip. Will definitely be back.

Captain Kim was honest with the expectations for the trip from the beginning and worked hard to exceed. Kim is a great guide and educator as well. We were on fish early in the trip and stayed on the bite the entire time. we caught enough big ones to make an arm sore from reeling. We will be reaching out to I Love Fishing the next time we are in town.

Great Experience!!

This was our first experience fishing Hilton Head. We only had two hours but wish we had more. Kim was great and kept looking until he got us on some fish. He knew what bait was working that day and we both caught our limit. This was a genuinely good fishing experience and we look forward to fishing with Kim in the future.

captain sc Kim was absolutely amazing! so adament to make aure you catch fish, yet is so fun and pleasant to be around! He makes sure your safe on the trip which matters alot to me, but teaches you in detail how tonreally catch a fish! We booked two trips this week… and it was definitely the highlight of our trip! this is hands down the best fishing charter around…. and captain sc Kim made the teip worth every minute!!!! will be back in the apring and WILL book with sc Kim!!! 🤗😎
