Could not get better bang for your buck anywhere in florida. The ship is lovely and the captain and crew go above and beyond to ensure everyone on board is having the best time. The crew is there to help anyone of any skill level always moving around the whole boat to help everyone unhook their catch quickly so you can grt your lures back in the water to catch more fish. The captain keeps the boat moving and tells everyone how far off the bottom to fish so everyone always has the best chance to catch a fish. We came home with a TON of fish (even a red grouper!!) that the crew filleted for us on the docks. Definitely a memory we won’t soon forget:)

Deck crew (Steve & Moose) were well organized, had a great attitude and fixed all issues on the spot.
The captain ensured we stayed informed about deapth of the fish as well as ensuring we only stopped at viable fishing holes.
New to fishing customers need to be aware that sea sickness is a real thing and need to take dramamine at least an hour prior to departure. The waters were choppy and many anglers issues.

The 3 of us in my group had a great time and will be return customers.

We caught several fish and our crew were amazing! We caught more than we expected and the dolphins and little flying fish we seen was a bonus! The crew did a phenomenal job at assisting everyone. this trip is great for people of all ages! Id advise something for sea sickness if you are prone to that but overall an amazing time!! We will be booking agian in the future and perhaps take the 8 hour adventure. They also do dolphin tours if you’re not into fishing!

I’ve been on multiple “party boat” fishing excursions all over Florida. Sweet Jody and her crew were by far the best we have been on in every way. The ship was clean, well-maintained, and well-appointed for a day of fishing. The crew was approachable, patient, kind, and proactive in helping.  The captain was quick to move on from a spot if no fish were being caught or nothing that could be kept. The crew cleaning the fish at the end of the trip were efficient and did a great job! I will 100% be fishing again with Sweet Jody next time I’m in the Destin area. Thank you to Sweet Jody for an amazing day and memories to last a lifetime!

I recently went on a fishing trip that turned out to be an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Everything about the trip exceeded my expectations—the water, the action, and especially the people. The crew and captains were absolutely top-notch. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable, having fun, and actually catching fish. You could tell they genuinely cared about giving us a great experience, and it made all the difference.

The atmosphere on the boat was laid-back but professional, and they were always quick to help, offer tips, or just share a good laugh. Whether you’re experienced or new to fishing, they make it easy to enjoy yourself. It’s rare to find a group that works so well together and keeps the energy positive the entire time.

This trip is something I’ll be talking about for a long time, and I’ll definitely be making it a priority to do it again. If you’re thinking about booking a trip, don’t hesitate—you won’t regret it.
